November 2003, a few Awesome “A” Shrine Club Nobles met to discuss the formation of a Masonic Lodge based on Armenian language, culture, fun, and fellowship. They couldn't possibly visualize how their dreams and ideas would exceed all expectations. But today, let’s not be satisfied with exceeding our founder's dreams. The new members should have some of their own and continue to move forward.
The leadership and teamwork of Worshipful Master Sarkis Sepian and his officers have accepted the challenge of moving Ararat Lodge No 848 into the next level. This is done by bringing several new and improved fraternal development initiatives. These include; membership, social functions, community participation, and the redesigned Ararat Lodge website. I encourage all of our members to take advantage of these resources. Be an active and vibrant member of Ararat Lodge by participating on all of our activities and supporting our own lodge and Masonic family.
Brethren, I urge you to act like leaders and not followers. Have the legacy of learning, loyalty of supporting, and love your Masonic organization. I am confident that with the right leadership, the accomplishment of Ararat Lodge will be even more dramatic than those who have seen a dream come true.
